About Us

Top Cat Appliance Repair is a Customer Service Oriented Business, that has been serving Pinellas County residents since 1993. I attended PTEC Clearwater, full time for 1.5 years. During this time I obtained my EPA Certification as well as graduated top of my class.

After graduating I worked for a local company rebuilding and selling used appliances. Then I worked for a large outfit out of Tampa, providing warranty service for most major brand appliances. Once I felt I had enough experience, I started Top Cat Appliance and opened a store on Ulmerton Road selling reconditioned appliances as well as providing repair service.

After working 85 hours or so per week for 8 years, I decided to focus on the service aspect of the business only. Since I cannot stand to wait around on someone all day, wondering if they will show up, have needed parts on hand, and be able to complete the task at hand in a timely manner so I can get back to what I am doing.

I specialize in working within your schedule. (1-2 hour windows when possible) Also, because of the fact that I never seem to get even decent customer service, I strive to provide the best customer service possible. This seems to be working well as my Customer Survey Cards indicate.
